The Billing page shows your plan, what you've used, and the plans available. Checkout isn't open yet; plans are assigned during early access.

These limits are provisional while early access lasts.
#Storage
Storage counts your assets and your builds. Uploads that would go over the quota are refused before anything is stored; deleting assets frees space. The Asset library and Billing show what's used.
